E is for Eat, Exercise and Enjoy!

Today's letter of the day is E in the A to Z blogging challenge.
If you are Mad about your body; mad as in obsessive passion, mad as in angry, mad as in crazy and you are mad about reaching your ideal form then it is imperative that you do three simple things;
EAT. Not eating led me done a scary rabbit hole. I have been in dark places due to obsessively not eating, or eating according to some strangers strange ideas.
It is not so hard.
Eat fresh food, as close to the natural state as possible
Eat to fuel your body
Eat, it really does a body good when done correctly.
EXERCISE. Honestly, this word is loaded...time to reveal what is behind the curtain. No, it's not some frightening Wizard, it is just an illusion. Exercise is easy. Too easy in fact for experts to leave it alone.
Use your body
Sweat
Everyday
ENJOY. Regardless of what your body looks like, ENJOY life. Hiding behind closed doors and saying no to invitations is not enjoying life. Mistreating your body because it is not perfect will not make it perfect....it will make you miserable and that could lead to more mistreatment. ugh. jump off that sorry track.
Stop, live in the moment as much as possible.
Look, open your eyes to the wonder around you....even if that wonder is just a lone dandelion popping up between sidewalk cracks. I call that a wonder alright, especially when my garden takes so much work..and this little show-off defies all odds...yes, it is a wonder.
Listen, listen to what you say about yourself...if it isn't nice, STOP. Listen to what you say to others...again, if you don't have something nice to say...and finally listen to your family members, friends, strangers. Take a part in their life, listen.
PLAY, come on just play. Even if only in your mind, imagine something different, dream up a ridiculous plot while people watching, or actually play. Swing on the swings, slide down the slide, carry your daughters dolly around "so she can get some work done" ha, that's what I am doing right now
