You will never believe how GORGEOUS the girl was that I just interviewed.
Oh, really, that's nice
She was really drop dead gorgeous.
uh huh, okay hun
She was smart too, and organized
nice. so you going to hire her?
We sent her to get a background check and set the papers in motion
cool.

Ugh. Why did that make me feel like a frump a lump. Why am I now all snarky and want to eat a big bowl of pasta. Okay, I know this is extremely petty and all, but dang. Today I am petty. I am whiny and quite the mess.
....feel messy internally and dang it, all around me too. How did this happen.
I was all organized and confident just a few days ago.
Deadlines, meetings, kids events and shoot I forgot to refill my prescription...all led up to this moment ( not to mention the 98 degree weather...I don't handle heat well unless I can be all loungy by the water)
So, that's how it happened....how do I stop the free fall before I land in some gutter.
Make another pull myself up by the bootstraps declaration, get right to action, go for a run....no, I feel like wallowing for a bit. Watch mindless TV, drink some lemonade and be all 'don't talk to me' kay.
and, then I better just sleep on it.
