My plan is to "use what I have to get fit" meaning, I do not have to wait until I can join a gym or purchase yet another workout machine or tool...no, I am going to use the free weights I have, the exercise ball that is sitting in the corner of my office, my jump rope and my beautiful bike. (Electra Townie in pink pearl, with white fenders, so sweet!)
A recently posted article by the Victory Project confirms my theory. They propose that fidgeting can help. So true. As I sit here typing, I am wearing comfortable (and cute) canvas ballet slippers...ready for a quick stroll with my bored dog when writer's block hits.
